The built-in dual 1MS/s analog-digital converter can capture the characteristics of the device under test. With the digital function of Model 2461, it is very easy to capture and display the operation, waveform and transient waveform of the device under test. Two built-in 1MS/s and 18-bit AD converter can collect both voltage and current waveforms without using separate instruments. The DC voltage and current range used for digitizing function is the same as that of standard AD converter. In addition, the voltage digitization function adopts the same DC voltage 10GW input impedance, which significantly reduces the load on the device under test (DUT).
