3c需要的资料：
3c required information:
（1）申请3C认证的产品描述文件（区别于产品说明，产品介绍，有规范格式）;
(1) Product description files for 3C certification (different from product descriptions, product descriptions, and standardized formats);
（2）第三方委托授权书（若有）CCC认证资料提供清单一;
(2) Third-party delegation authorization (if any) CCC certification information provided in Listing 1;
（3）已通过的检测或3C认证工厂审查报告（若有）（为送样检测合格后的试验报告）;
(3) The passed inspection or 3C certification factory inspection report (if any) (for the test report after passing the sample test);
（4）生产厂的程序文件、质量手册、记录表单、工艺流程图、作业指导书;
(4) Production plant's program files, quality manuals, record forms, process flow charts, and job instructions;
（5）3C认证工厂审查调查表;
(5) 3C certification factory inspection questionnaire;
（6）一致性声明（企业送检之样品确属企业自己生产之证明文件） ;
(6) Declaration of Conformity (samples submitted by the company are the certification documents produced by the company itself);
（7）同一申请单元内各型号产品之间的差异说明（3C认证申请企业应先以表单形式递交，审核后会发放规定格式的文件）;

免3c认证流程：
Free 3c certification process:
1．为科研、测试所需的产品；
The products needed for scientific research and testing;
2．为考核技术引进生产线所需的零部件；
In order to assess the technical introduction of the production line components required;
3．直接为终用户维修目的所需的产品；
The products needed for the purpose of repairing directly for the end user;
4．工厂生产线/成套生产线配套所需的设备/部件（不包含办公用品）；
The equipment/components (excluding office supplies) required for supporting the factory production line/set of production lines;
5．仅用于商业展示，但不销售的产品；
Products used only for commercial display but not for sale;
6．暂时进口后需退运出关的产品（含展览品）；
Products that need to be shipped back and forth after being temporarily imported (including exhibits);
7．以整机全数出口为目的而用一般贸易方式进口的零部件；
Parts imported by general trade for the purpose of full export of the whole machine;
8．以整机全数出口为目的而用进料或来料加工方式进口的零部件。
For the purpose of full export of the whole machine, parts imported by means of feed or incoming processing are used.
符合以上条件的《目录》中的产品，生产厂商、进口商、销售商或其代理人可向有关质检机构提出申请，并提交相关的申请书、证明符合免办条件的证明材料、责任担保书、产品符合性声明（包括型式试验报告）等资料，经批准获得《免于办理强制性产品认证证明》后，方可出厂销售、进口和在经营性活动中使用。
For the products in the Catalogue that meet the above conditions, the manufacturer, importer, seller or its agent may submit an application to the relevant quality inspection agency, and submit the relevant application, certification materials that prove compliance with the exemption conditions, and liability guarantees.
