style="font-family:微软雅黑">货物委托书上需注明发货人、收货人、目的地、预配航班日及航空公司、目的地、件数、重量、体积以及运价。</span>(是托盘货物的话，需提供托盘的长、宽、高尺寸。因货机的托盘尺寸，所有板长度不能大于3.08m，低板的高度不能超过1.6m，中板的高度不能超过2.4m，高板的高度不能超过2.9m，所有板宽度不能超过2.3m，若超过以上尺寸，只能申请特殊板20英寸板，相当于两块高板的大小，20英寸板不能装在客机里，只能装在货机里。若到目的港头程是货机，二程及三程是客机的话，需用20英寸板的货物还是不能转运，如去南美、非洲很多飞机二程都是客机，不能转运特大货物。</span></strong></p><p style="font-family:微软雅黑">有的货物客人要求随机</span>invoice、装箱单、产地证(证明货物原产地的)、熏蒸证明(证明木质包装是不会生虫的)等，是提供给国外客人清关用的。产地证，熏蒸证明一般要求客人用快件寄给收货人，客人一定要求随机的需出具书面包涵(内容大致是如发生遗失，责任客人自负)因为做随机容易遗失，invoice、装箱单弄丢了，补个复印件可清关，但产地证，熏蒸证明，一定要正本才可清关，所以弄丢了较麻烦。出代理的货物一般要求附上分运单。</span></strong></p><p 12px">A.总运单一般一式十二份，总运单是货运代理公司向航空公司领取的，由货运代理公司根据托书内容及到货数据打印的。总运单的联出货联(shipper)给出货人，联可以空白不打，有一联是财务联是留给起始港航空公司的，作为航空公司与一代结算运费用的依据，其他很多联(包括收货联consignee，国外清关用的)是随飞机去目的港的，如出总运单，目的港海关凭总运单清关。</span></strong></p><p 12px">B.出分运单，出具分单的空运货物肯定是货运代理公司的货，很多为同行货，航空公司主单上的收货人一般都是货运代理公司的海外代理公司。客人会提供分运单叫我们做随机，我们销售员接来的直客货，一般我们有代理的，我们都可出分运单，我司出分运单时，总运单上打的发货人是力拓公司，收货人打的是我们海外代理公司，货到了国外后，航空公司会发到货通知给我们海外代理.</span></strong></p><p
