PST14C1N 是一款具有固定 OVLO 阈值电压的过压保护 (OVP) 负载开关。OVLO 阈值电压固定为 6.0V。当任何输入电压超过阈值时，该器件将关闭内部 MOSFET，断开 IN 与 OUT 的连接，以保护负载。过温保护 (OTP) 功能监控芯片温度以保护器件。如果负载电流超过阈值，OCP 功能会关闭输出，并在 VIN 重新插入或 CE 无反应时恢复。OCP 电流限制阈值可通过外部调节瑞林。PST14C1N 采用 DFN2x2-8L 封装。标准产品不含铅和卤素。大输入电压：32V Ø 超快 OVP 响应时间：50ns (Typ.) The under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit disables the power switch until the input voltage reaches the UVLO turn on
threshold. Built-in hysteresis prevents unwanted on and off cycling because of input voltage droop during turn on.
2. Over Current Protection (OCP)
If the load current rises to the OCP threshold, the device will cut off the output voltage. It takes 18ms after power on for OCP
begins to detect. After Power Good, the OCP active time is dozens to hundreds microseconds. A recommended 100-220nF
capacitor(CT) connect on ILIM pin can increase the OCP active time for longer blanking time applications.
The OCP threshold is calculated by the equation: ILIM = 600/RILIM (current in A, resistance in Ω).
3. Over-voltage Lockout (OVLO)
When VIN exceeds the OVP threshold voltage, the over-voltage lockout (OVLO) circuit turns off the protected power switch.
